  • Yes! All our packaging has been specially selected with the planet in mind. From the boxes that your order comes in, down to the tape used to seal your package, sustainable packaging is used.

  • We currently offer two types of delivery options- Standard delivery and Express delivery. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days to be delivered to you once dispatched, while Express delivery takes 1-2 days to be delivered once dispatched.

  • Of course! We take extreme care in providing the best possible products for our customers and are confident that you will love it as much as we do. However, in any case where you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to find a solution. For more information about how to return or exchange item, please visit here.

  • Orders are despatched within 48 hours, so can be modified before then. Please contact us directly as soon as possible if you require a change in delivery address.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and clearpay

  • Valid discount codes can be applied at checkout. If you are having trouble successfully redeeming a discount, please drop us a message for assistance.

  • We currently ship to all regions within the UK.

  • You can check the status of your order by referring to the tracking link on your order confirmation email. If you have opted to receive text messages, you will also receive updates on your order status.
