How often should I use the products on my pet?
Generally, to get best results, you should be consistent with application. Each product also comes with its own care card with instructions, so please follow them as highlighted.
I have questions about the product, how do I get my questions answered?

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All of our packaging has been specially selected with the planet in mind. From the boxes your order comes in, down to the tape used to seal your package, 100% sustainable packaging is used. 
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We currently offer two types of delivery options - Express Delivery ships within 1-2 working days of despatch and our Relaxed Delivery ships within 3-5 working days of despatch. 
Can I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?

We take extreme care in providing the best possible products for your pups and are confident that you will love it as much as we do. Payment & Delivery

Can I change the delivery address once I have placed an order? 
Orders are despatched within 48 hours, so can be modified before then. Please contact us directly as soon as possible if you require a change in delivery address.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal. 

How can I apply discount codes to my order? 
Valid discount codes can be applied at checkout. If you are having trouble successfully redeeming a discount, please drop us a message for assistance. 
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all regions within the UK. 
How do I check my order and delivery status?
You can check the status of your order by referring to the tracking link on your order confirmation email. If you have opted to receive text messages, you will also receive updates on your order status.
